What are cookies? A cookie is a small text file
that is stored on your computer. Web site programs, such as our online
ordering system, create these text files to record information about you
and your preferences. Our online ordering system, for example, needs to
create these text files to record the items you add to your shopping cart.
Others may use these text files to record your personal preferences for, say,
a news briefing or sports scores. Most cookies expire after a certain time
period. For example, the text files created by our online ordering system
expire after seven days.
The most popular browsers, such as Netscape Navigator and Internet

- Our online ordering system requires that you set your browser to

on your computer. This alert will allow you to accept or reject the cookie.

- In Internet Explorer 4.x, click the View menu and select

- Set your browser to reject all cookies. Because our online ordering
system requires cookies, you will not be able to order online, but you
can still place an order by phone or fax.
Is it safe to order online?
To ensure the privacy of your personal and credit card information, we use
Secure Socket Layer technology. All personal information such as billing,
shipping, and credit card information is encrypted as it travels across the
internet from your computer to our servers. This minimizes the chance that
someone on the Internet could intercept your credit card number.
Will ParkStore work with my browser?
We have tried to ensure that ParkStore works with the latest versions of
Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 3.02 or greater) and Netscape Navigator
(3.01 or greater). Users of AOL
(America On Line), need version 3.0 of the AOL software to view our site properly. If you have version 3.0 of AOL, you may still need to upgrade AOL's Internet software to its latest version. Look at the top of your screen for one of these buttons.

When will I receive my order?
We process orders every business day. In most parts of the U.S.,
that means youll receive your order within 10 working days unless
we indicate otherwise in the product description. Orders with several
items are not always shipped in the same box. Please check the packing
slip before calling.

How much is shipping?
We currently offer UPS Ground (2-4 Weeks) shipping. Orders received by noon Eastern Standard
Time Monday through Friday are processed the same day. Please refer to the tables below
for pricing information. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses are shipped by the U.S. Postal Service via
Will I have to pay customs for overseas delivery?
Our prices do not include duties, tariffs, or value-added taxes which may
apply to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the
purchaser. Check with your local customs office for more details. All pricing
and shipping charges are in U.S. dollars.
Is there U.S. sales tax charged?
We are required to collect sales tax on the cost of the merchandise for the
following states: MD, VA, DC.
How do I return or exchange items?
In the event you may wish to return your purchase, please refer to
your packing slip for complete instructions. For your protection,
please use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for all returns. If you receive
a product obviously damaged in transit by the carrier, your claim can
be processed faster by calling the carriers local office. Retain the
outer carton and all packing materials.
